Default Snake Chiropractor

Well thats what I felt like this morning. I was cleaning out my big girls cage (she's 9', 40lbs and possibly gravid) and needed her to move to the other side. I grabbed her neck about 2-3" behind her head to pick her up and have a look under her just general inspection. Well she cranked her neck to grab a hold of the cage edge and have a look around. That when I heard and felt the cracking in her neck right under my hand. This was like getting cracked by the chiropractor myself, it was loud. I put her down immediately but didn't notice anything wrong, no kinks or bends. I picked her back up and she was fine with it. I palpated her neck and couldn't feel anything either.

Well finally my question. Has this happened to anyone else and could there be any problems I can't see or feel ?

I've had a few animals that did the same sort of thing resulting in that cracking sound. Never saw any ill effects from it.
