A registered user of your topsites list is violating the terms of service, as he's doing with several other well known top sites list, of which whom I've also informed.
"Klausi`s Reptilien" has not displayed your banner link back on his website, like the terms of the topsites list says he's required to do. I just thought you'd like to know.
Also, a few suggestions. A "General Discussion" forum would be nice. Maybe a "Contact Administrator" link, as well. I had no idea how to contact the owners of this place, so I picked the most populated forum.
