Have you boas ever done this

I just started to but my pair together. I have an adult hypo female i just put my dh het male in with her to see if she is ready.She started to wip her tail around like crazy.Has this ever happen to any of you?

I had a large female do that a few different times. My Hypo female also did it but to a lesser degree the year she became gravid (her first and only litter so far).

I have never see anything like that.. I took the male out.Maybe i will try later to but them back together later on this season..

My females do that everytime. Normally they calm down, within an hour or so. If they do calm down I leave the male in. If it continues, I remove the male.

I have 5 paired up already for this season. When the females do that tail whipping thing it really gets the males going. All of my males went right to courting within 20 minutes of being put in the females cages. They haven't stopped yet. They did slow down a bit, but that's because they all started their shed cycles shortly after being put together.

My boas always go into shed cycle at the beginning of breeding season too. Unless they shed shortly before being put together.
