These pictures/boas are from "diablodragon" over at the kingsnake forums. The post is titled "pink patternless boa babys". Again, NOT my boas (I wish) .. not my pictures.
What an amazing new morph. Apparently he bred the single male showing the trait back to his mom yeild 7 of the pink patternless ones and 8 normals.
That crazy color tied to such an extreme pattern mutation is really exciting. What will these look like in albino or sunglow form? Exciting stuff!
These pics are from this thread, diablodragons pictures: http://forums.kingsnake.com/view.php?id=709877,709881

Here is the father of these kids:

Is this the father's sibling born last year? Does anyone know?

I think the one that was born last year was from the "normal" parents. That male was just able to breed for the first time this year. I believe that to be his sibling although I dont know for sure.
She (Jessica, aka diablodragon) posted once more in the thread and said:
"i think that these guys are recessive, this is what we got;
frist litter, 1 in 17 is pink patternless, 2 babys are high pink normal, this is from two normal appearing parents
second litter, 1 in 25 pink patternless, 3 babys high pink normals, same parents
3rd litter, 8 normals, 7 pink patternless, and 16 slugs, i think this is because the male is very young and this is his first time mating. same female, pink patternless male "
*EDIT* - I just did some searching and found an old thread from over at Clay's forums where a friend of the owners of these boas posted this:
"I good friend of mine has bred the same normal looking pair for the last 2 years and each year ended up with 1 "patternless" baby."

That picture of the sibling was in the thread but no longer shows up (link is down). So im pretty sure it is indeed a sibling.

Oops, I didn't see that someone else got these guys on here first. :'(
the first picture of the male is the oldest baby. He comes from two normal appearing parents. The one on the green and white backround is the little female born last year. I need to get some updated pictures of her, she is a lot lighter color than the male, and actually it appears that the two males born this year are also darker than the 5 females born this year. I still havent for sure pinned down if these guys are recessive or co dom, I have been back and forth between the two and the vote has been about 50/50 to. Guess I'll just have to wait till next year. There is only going to be one male available this year.
