View Full Version : Corn Island Boas
This is my '04 female, she was produced by Vin Russo. This is her dark phase.

A side shot, you can see where the red/orange is starting to bleed through into the entire side.

I always thought that corns turned gray as adults and were almost a black color as babys. I have never seen one with so much color. Awsome little boa you have there. :)

That is one awesome looking boa, Chris. One of these days I'm going to have to get a pair.

Corn Islands are one of the most, if not the most colorful localities of BCI there is. They are very polymorphic, going from a dark olive green all the way down to an almost lime green base. They always have a good amount of red/orange color bleeding through. As adults the color stays almost the same but fades a bit. Maybe Gus will come on here and share a few of his collection.
