So I was just asked "How do you get 100% het for albino babies" and I did not know the answer, can anyone help me out with this?

normal x albino = normals 100% het for albino

You can also get it breeding albino x het albino, all non albinos from that litter would be 100% het for albino.

(any boa morph) x albino = ??? 100% het albino (if ??? is not some form of albino)... that works, right?

Yep. Albino bred to any other morph will produce 100% het albino along with what ever morph its bred too.
