So now I have a question about poop!

First of all, I haven't seen any waste in my boa's cage in about 3 weeks. How often are they supposed to be pooping?

Second of all, is there any indication that your boa is about to poop before he does it? I ask because, well, I've been pooped on twice so far.

they should stay on a pretty regular schedule equal to their feeding habits. keep feeding on a regular schedule and they should poop on a regular schedule.

no indication - they just go. i've never had any problems with mine, i usually get home from work or walk downstairs in the mornign and find a suprise in the cage.

Trying soaking the snake for an hour in warm water. It's best to use a thermometer to gauge the temp of the water to preventing scolding. I soak my Boas weekly, and it seems to work more often than not. Good luck.
