The Albino gene is a weak gene to start with, and the possibility of defects can happen. As it can with any birth from any animal. Some say its not a good idea and others have tried and were successful. It depends on the animal and how they were raised and cared for during breeding. If all goes perfect then babies appear. I tried an Albino x Albino, and had a small litter of which I believe now was my fault for thier death due to the newspaper substrate. The same male with a het Albino female gave me 17 babies with a few Albinos in it. So I know he and the Albino girl can make it happen so I am trying them again this year to push for a full litter of Albinos.

Below was the first try, so crossing fingers for 2nd attempt.
