Please let us know what Pete said if you get a hold of him. I would like to give some money but I have to wait until after the mortgage is paid so hopefully in a couple of weeks.

To all who would like to help out...........I know in the boa world funds are tight..............however, this is the real deal.
I heard back from Pete Kahl and he is supporting this family in their time of need...............so, after rent is paid if any of you can spare some cash...........do it!!!!
This is an aweful time in the lives of these people.............I can't even imagine how strained and stressed they must be.............not to mention heart broken over the though that their child may die from this..............so lets pull together and do what we can.
It may not be much but it is better than doing nothing at all.................put yourself in their shoes.
It is heart breaking...............:(

i got a call from the guy runin the action and he said they had to drop it do to legal reasons. He said they had about $6000 saved from it but when he called every one they all wanted there money back. I told him to keep mine and i hope every one from this fourm did the same. I can not believe there are people out there that are willin to spend money on a fukin snake they may never see but not just to help a family and a sick girl.(WHAT KIND OF WOURLD IS THIS.WHOULD WE NOT ALL BE BETTER OFF IF WE HELPED EACH OTHER OUT WHEN ARE FELLOW BOTHER IS DOWN)

I have been in contact with Joseph. He said the legal problems were due to raffles being illegal in PA.........it is considered gambling.
You can still donate $$$$$ to the fund...............by going through PayPal.
He is going to be selling the boas that Pete donated to put towards their hospital bills.
I think everyone can afford to send them at least $10.00......... you add that up amongst all who frequent the forum and it adds up quick...........if you can send more...........THEN DO IT.............thank you all!!!!

so how do i send the money? i must not have read carfully enough i im selling my woma pythons and my 3' cage and i will be getting 1100 off of these and i have to get 2 rack systems from jeff which will come up to close to 600 so i will have 500 left and will be donating atleast 200 to them. Please let me know how to send the money in. Thanks for letting us know and i will spread the word through my budys reptile shop here in kansas.
