I actually didnt like the way these came out. This was the first time I tried boa pictures on the white stepping stones... no good. White is too bright in the sunlight (im a poet), most shots were overexposed. He is in the darkest of dark phases here. His head is a charcoal grey/black in this phase. It turns a medium-light brown in light phase. One of my favorite things about him is his saddle shape and pattern. I finally got a good shot of his orange belly! A close up anyway.

This is "Nefarion", my 2003 Pos-SuperSalmon for anyone who doesnt already know him :). He was my very first salmon and really got me hooked on them.

Orange Belly!

In this (and the belly pic above) I held him high in the air (sun is at major slant at 4:00 here, when I took the pics). That lights up him well and really shows his color. See where the bright orange belly starts at the bottom?

As always....Nice pics, Nef!
I really like his rich coloration and belly scales. Is he from Ihle bloodlines? He has the same nice colors as some of Rich's "G" litter boas I've seen.

I'm certain that he is even more impressive in person!

Thanks all!

Its funny you ask if hes from the "G" litter salmons Denny.  I bought a "G" litter female this year to go with him and you are absolutely right, those G litter salmons do have some crazy intense color very similiar to his.  But he is actually from the "Mk" litter (2003).

Heres the G-Litter female I have for him  :P:

Now that is going to be a VERY nice pairing....would you put me on the future waiting list for one of their babies now?

Will do Denny. I'll stay active within the online forum communities defenitly within the next few years. When/if they produce I'll let ya know :'( :'(.

I defenitly think that litter has the potential to be really really colorful. Would be neat if I got some abberant patterns too.
