I live in Canada. Just wondering if there is anywhere I can buy Baytril without a vet prescription. I have a boa that has a RI and I have been told by a reptile expert to give her this drug. We have given her a dose of it but I only have enough for one more dose. I need to give it to her everyother day for a month.

If you read Jeffs post on tylan 50,I know I can get it in the US without a perscription and you only give 50 mg per kilogram and treat every 72 hours.This is a very good med. to cure RI.I have used it this year and could tell the difference in the animal the very next morning.Hope this helps!JOHN

If you have already started using Baytril, you might want to check with someone knowledgable before switching antibiotics.
