question about colors...

some of you have seen the pics of the really pink guyana i posted in the pics section. my question is related to her color and lack of black. is there such thing as pastel bcc? or is it just so common that no one really thinks twice about it? i dunno, responses would be great as i think they would help me think of a better question.

That would be as close to a pastel BCC as I have ever seen. The main trait of pastel is that is will have that reduction of black to makes the saddles and the side patterns looked very washed out, to the point of faded out, and high contrast pastel colorings. I have a couple of BCI's that are crayon orange. Yet they have normal dark saddles and side patterns. So the colors and hightlights are not what make the pastel to me, it is more so the washed out appearance to me.

Jeff can better describe this trait, but this is the general idea that he gave me to best determine that trait.
