I don't know what you where thinking, but what I wanted is some bolivians. :P Amaral's boa. Yes, boa constrictor amarali. I have a thing for these chunky short-tailed boas with bad tempers. I don't know why but there is something about those thin saddles and flattend head that I like.

Perhaps one of these days I will be able to get ahold of a c/b unrelated trio of these animals. Probably some time after the "great band-aid sale of the decade" LOL ;)

I hope you find some Bolivians soon, they are great snakes. I also like the flat heads, and mine just seem to be very relaxed while being held (after a few minutes out of the cage b27.gif ) I have not had any of my three Bolivians or my two Brazilian Amarali strike at me. The Brazilians have hissed, but they are still babies. Well, I hope you find a well-tempered one. Definately my favorite boas.

this is the second time I've heard about Bolivians being mean snakes forntunately my pair of silver backs were never told of this they are very docile they do however have quite a feeding response I have to let them know the're not being fed, so check around before buying some their not all mean
