The reason I ask is, about 8 years ago I co owned a pet shop that had a successfully bred pair of colombian rainbows but I cannot remember what time of year they were bred, or the birth date. I now have a pair of Col Rainbows, the male is over 5' and almost 5 years old, and the female is almost 4' and almost 4 years old, are they at breeding age and size yet, and also when do I need to try and breed them (I have seen breeding between the 2 but I do not think the female was or has been resceptive.) any and all help will be appreciated.
