Hey, nice Suriname. I am looking at getting a couple more(well, for now) I have a pair of Amazon tree boa's a couple colombians, a guyana on the way. I have really been looking at the suriname's, and everybody prefers different things ie.. color, speckling, tail, peaks. I know everybody is different, for me I like the "clean, nice tail" look. Do you think pattern is more important, or coloring???? What do you prefer???

I personally prefer color over speckling or lack there of. I think that alot of people are over critical of snakes if they have some speckling and over look other great qualities, one of the things I really really like about my suri is that she has nice coloration all over (rather red and pink, which my camera does not show) and some speckling over her belly, and around the tail, and on top of that she has a few connected saddles which I think are really cool looking. I can hardly wait until she is a big girl around 10' or larger, that will be something to behold.
