She's around 5 years old. I bred her a year ago and only got slugs. I might try again this year. It all depends if I think she has her "weight" back or not.
Thanks!

All beautiful animals as usual. :'(

I would have to say that the argentine and the Pastels you produced are my favorites of the group.

I'm liking the big Suri mamma the most right now.

It's like a disease! I picked up the Suriname virus, (or S.V. as I call it) from all the folks over at Kingsnake showing off their Surinames.

Thinking about giving Barry Miller some money...

Thanks guys!
The thing I really like about Suris is the chrispness of their pattern. It is usually something you don't see in the BCI's. I just love them!
Barry has some awesome animals. Check out Tudehope and Yagi as well. They have some awesome animals as well. Tudehope has some yearlings which I liked. I didn't have to go through that possible regurge phase.

Thanks again guys.

Does Yagi have a website?

Yeah, I hope to avoid the regurge problems they're famous for.
From what I've read, small meals every two weeks seems to work.
I like to keep self and animals kinda lean anyways..
We'll all live longer..  ;D

Have you considered pairing up the Hypo and the Lucy momma?

I don't think he does.
Here's his e-mail addy. Jlyagi@aol.com
You are totally correct. Small meals every two weeks really seems to be the way to go with babies.

Actually yes. It's really been a hard decision for me. I would love to put my Ghost in with her for some hypo hets.
BUT............The pastel hypo is a brother to the pearelescent daddy. So, there might be a chance he could carry that gene to make pearls. I'm still not a 100% which way I'd like to go.
Take care,
John

What did you breed her with one of your own or did you buy and sell him, or barrow him? Just curious cause i didnt see another argentine and i have started thinking about getting in to it in a few years so i am trying to learn what it takes before i put any money into it.

Thanks John.

That is a tough choice!
I'd be interested in a kid from either pairing.
Do you have any other fems coming of age this year?
How old are the EBV x Ronne girls?
Are you going to try the Suris this year?

Sorry for all the Q's, but you have a lot of options there.

Salmontines...?! She could give you a pile!
Pearlescent Salmontines!

Nothing yet. She is just full looking like the others because I just fed her. I don't have any real experience with Argentine breedings.......If and when I do breed her..........It will more than likely be dumb luck if I have babies. LOL! I know that BCO's need a "cooling" phase. More than likely I will just turn the heat off at night and then turn it back on in the morning. I'm not too into cycling animals. I want to stay away from respiratory infections as much as possible.

Here is a good link and good guy to talk to though.

Sorry,
She was bred with a Pastel hypo. (Jeff is rolling his eyes right now. LOL!) I want to have some Salmontines. I have always loved them!! So, that might be the pairing again. ;D
