???Could anyone tell me if a "Type 2" Anery Boa is "Axanthic"? ???

.... cwm15.gifI Know that scientifically it will take YEARS and YEARS to actually prove axanthism in the few Boas out there people claim to have :(....

But what I'm wondering is, is that what A Type 2 Anerythristic is supposed to be? ??? Are they CA or Columbian? Are they genetically compatible wth Type 1 Anerys? (IMO An Axanthic gene would probably not match up to the Anerythristic gene in a breeding.)

Anerys are one of my FAVORITE Morphs!!! cwm4.gif ......I REALLY like the Type 2's but I would REALLY like to get some feedback about them before I drop any $$$ on one of them cwm11.gif.....

If anybody out has a pic of theirs I would LOVE to see it!! cwm32.gif

Thanks in advance for all input and opinions ;) ;) ;)

I don't know that the boa I have is anything special. I know that he is central american and I know that he is about 5 ft long. He is also grey with black saddles and black tailblotches. No Yellow or brown at all. That is pretty exciting to me. We shall see how he turns out. He is breeding as we speak. :-)

Hey there Brandon...

Axanthism is a lack or complete absence of yellow cwm15.gif... Most snakes I have seen that are labeled "axanthic" (mainly Ball Pythons) seem to be without any red coloring also, though....

I know, I know, I made about as much sense there as an orange, but it was the best I could do ;).....
