Though I am a new meber here, I am a long time RTB owner. I got my first boa in 1970 and fell in love with her. Since then I have owned about 5 more. I am attending the show in White Plains, NY on April 28th. Do any of you attend and if so, can you tell me what to expect? I have never attended it before and was curious about it. Do any of you bring your snakes there? Is it a good show? Please reply. Maybe some of us could meet up there?

i live about 15 minutes from there.
its a great place, usually lots of stuff on exhibit and for sale. as always, watch who you are dealing with. some are questionable at best. its easy to get a table at these shows. you never know- a few are shady.
the good side- there are alot of reputable breeders there! like vin russo of cutting edge herp, keith maccluggage of earths' exotics, rick davis of rick's reptile, the folks of pythons.com are there..... alot of good decent people. just look and ask questions.
no, you are not allowed to bring your animals there.
sometimes its down stairs, but i think this one is upstairs- meaning alot of people. from what i heard, some things are already hatching- the people who import have babies, and a few of the boa breeders hvae some babies already.
the sept. show will have a crap load of babies!!!!
but, i think there will be alot at this one too!
