How to reserve a boa?

Does anyone know how to reserve a boa on the available page?

I have sent 5 + e-mails to jeff with no responce, so I figured someone would know here on the forum.

I wanted to get one of the pastel hets, and one of the albinos before they were all gone.

I would need to get a new rhino before they were delivered.

Well i just ordered the rack without getting contact from anyone at boaphile.

thought I might get a package deal buying the rack, pastel het, and the albino.

yes, I have called Jeff 4 times and Joel 2 times, No responce.
