HELP!!!

I am so confused...aren't boas supposed to shed once a month??? Mine just shed about a week and a half ago and sh'es shedding again...right now!...WHY?

There really is no set schedule for a boa to shed. Generally a younger boa will shed more often than an adult will due to their growth rate. As a boa ages, it's growth rate slows, as it's growth rate slows the frequency of sheds occur much less often. Hope this helps! :)

If your boa has mites it will shed more often also, you may want to check it out. A couple weeks apart seems a little too close.
