Feeding my boas.

I have 2 colombians, and they are currently eating live mice. I am thinking about switching to frozen thawed. After i thaw the mice, do i just leave them in a box with the mouse or do i have to put the mouse in front of the snake so it knows its there?

I use a pair of tongs. I just hold the rat in front of them until they take it. Good luck! :'(

getting them over to frozen is easy, good decision too! just make sure you dont thaw them in the microwave, that tends to get messy.
