I have a three year old Guyana female and I was wondering what would be an acceptable breeding weight for her?
Thanks

Mr. Law that snake makes that "Boaphile Plastics" cage look like trash. What a tail! That red against that black background is surreal! UnBOAlievable!
"True Red Tails" should be about seven feet normally and five years or more of age. They need mature muscle mass. They do better if they are thick vs. the long and lean type.
That Boa is smok'in!

Hey Mr. Law,
I don't know much about BCC, but I agree with Jeff that your Guyanan is UNBOALEIVABLE cwm32.gif ! It's animals like yours that really make me wonder why I don't have some "True" Redtails! Thanks for sharing!

A question for you Mr. Law! It looks like you have Aspen bedding in your Boaphile cage. How much if any Aspen makes it's way out of the cage? In other words, does it make a mess? I have MANY Boaphile cages and I'm in the process of changing all my subadults and adults to Aspen from newspaper. I LOVE Jeff's 4x2x1ft cages for my breeder males and really want to change over to Aspen, but I want to know what to expect!! Any feedback is appreciated! :)
Thanks,

Eric,
If I am careful I can keep from spilling hardly any aspen on the floor. The way the bottom opening of the cages are constructed you already have a litter dam,and the easy clean up of aspen makes any that falls to the floor no problem at all.
By the way thanks for the kind words Phyliss was flattered.
