Misting a gravid female, good or bad?

I was just wondering everyones opinions on misting a female who is getting very close to her due date.  Do you mist if the humidity is low or just leave it alone? Is it at all helpful or harmful? Please give me your opinions.

Misting gravid females in my view is good. I frequently mist my gravid females every other day to help keep them well hydrated. Most importantly is to have a clean water bowl on hand at all times.
