Pair 1
Type 1 anery X Sharp strain albino
Pair 2
Type 2 anery X Khal strain albino
*Pair 1 offspring X Pair 2 offspring- What would the offspring for these pairs be??
??Compatibility??
???
Please help me -thanx-
Tashia
I know that a Khal X Sharp = Normal het for both.
However, I have no idea what your proposed X would look like.
I know that doesn't help :-/. I would be like to know the answer to that one myself ???.

I pretty sure that you would get a anery that was het for both kahl and sharp albino......but I could be wrong.....

Thanx for tryin to help me out peoples... :)
I couldn't figure out what all exactly I would get....but I'm pretty sure I'd get some snows, right? ???
Thanx
I dont think you would get snows until the generation after that....the 2 albino bloodlines arent compatible...so therefor all the babies would only be het for albino....both types.....so no snows for until the the next generation cause snows are homo albino and anery....hope that helps....

I am going to post 3 times so I can accurately show what you would get.
Pair #1
n=Anery
s=Sharp Strain
Results would be:
100% of animals would be het for Anery and Het for Sharp.

Pair #2:
y=Type 2 anery
a=kahl strain albino
Resulting offspring:
100% of offspring would be het for Type2 anery and Albino

Pair #3:
Resultant offspring:
Small percentage chance het for everything... All animals appear normal.

Or to put that last one another way, this is what the advanced genetics wizard looks like on that mess:
Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino,
x
Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Kahl Albino,
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.25% WT
6.25% Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Sharp Albino,
6.25% Het. Sharp Albino, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 2 Anery,
6.25% Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Type 2 Anery,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Kahl Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino,
6.25% Het. Type 1 Anery, Het. Type 2 Anery, Het. Sharp Albino, Het. Kahl Albino,

Not to be a post hog or anything, but if I really wanted to get this type of snow, what I would do is:
Cross 2 babies from pair 1 offspring.
Cross 2 babies from par 2 offspring.
That would give you 2 unrelated snow boas from the different traits. Then:
Cross the 2 different strains of snow boas to get 100% of the babies het for all four traits.
Cross the 4Het babies to have a 1/16 chance at homozygous for all 4 traits.
This is a genetics project that will take many many years. Good luck. :-)
