Hi, I have the operttunity to buy a pair of striped boas, the stripeing is on the red tail saddles, thay are compleatly striped, my question is, is this trait likely to be dominant, or is it caused by non optimal temps during gestation, really what I want to know is if I breed them will I get striped babies. cwm4.gif, or normals or a mix.

What do the parents of those boas look like? That might help to indicate whether the striping is genetic or not.

I have not seen them but I have been told thay are striped, all the babies bar 2 have solid red striped tails, I think ill just get them and give em a wirl and see what comes out. cwm8.gif

>:( i purchased three stripes 66% for albino, i have been told that if the parents where stripers than a
percentage of the offspring should be stripers.

You have to breed the babys back to the Mom or Dad I'd breed the best looking one. If it dose not work try again IT Sounds werd but thats what I did. i got 1 full strip ;D
