On july 4th you post a pic of two boas under the heading "still tring" and something that I noticed about the two boas was that the male has a more narrower and rounder nose,"snout", and the female has a more flater and broader snout.I was wondering if it was a characteristic that differt between the male and female or if there was some other reason for it. The reason I'm asking is because my boas are the exact same way and I never thought much about it until I seen that pic.
Thanks,
Chris

I have definately seen that trait in many males, but not all. I am sure it is tied to the bloodline in some way or another, but yes most females do have a flater and broader head.

Great observation.

By the way the male you mentioned is the Dubay male from Jeff's bloodline, and I love that trait about him. It really is a pronounced head.

Thanks for the question.

You maybe onto something with it being in the bloodline.I used to have a DuBay male and currently have a wasington male that I got from jeff and thay both have the narrow nose and head.Be interesting to look into it further to see if it may be in the blood.O'man another breeding project cwm32.gif
