Is it true if you breede a hypo to a normal you will have 50% hypos in this litter?? and if this is true what makes this occur since other morphs at least require two hets from that gene???

Yes this is true, Hypos are a codominant gene, meaning that you see results in the first breeding with a normal. Codominant hypos are the visible het form of supers, witch are full dominant.
