Well I was doing my routine daily check on all my boas and feeding the one that needed feeding, and I went to feed one of my females a rabbit and she refused. This female never refuses, and was looking a bit chunky. I figured I try a male with her, took out Panama Red my striped hypo, and he went right to town. He's riding her as I type. The problem is she is a possible het albino and I was planning on proving her with my dble het sunglow. He's still a little on the small side 3.5 feet, Do you think I should try him or wait till next season? Has any one had positive results from a male at 3.5 feet?

How old is the male, if he is over 18 months then try him if he isn't the wait for next year.

Yeah the way I have interpreted things age is the important thing for males and size is the important thing for females. GL

I would put in the 3.5 foot male and see if he is interested
If not you can take him out and put the hypo back in.
