i would like to know how big they have to be to breed. i have 4 red tail all babies.

Hi LittleAndy,
I guess the size they need to be breed for breeding would depend on the "type" of "red tail" you have. There's lots of good books out there and Jeff Ronne has some "GREAT BREEDING VIDEOS". You should get them. In the mean while you should put more info on what type of red tails you have and maybe someone can answer your question better. Sorry I wasn't more help, but I tried.

Generally males should be at least 3.5ft and females 6ft with good weight (not string beans.lol). But if you have babies you have a long time of waiting ahead of you. Buy some books, ask more questions, and surf the net for your answers. Good luck.
