If your talking about a true BCI or a true BCC yes there is noticable differences.. Take a normal Columbian and a true Surinam.. The columbian will have a shorter and wider head, where the Surinam will have a longer more angular head. Also with adults you can see the surinam will have more space between its nose and eyey then a Columbian BCI will have..
Hope that helped.. Also, I agree, you can never stare too much..:)

Hi Ash,
That bottom pic, if that is a male, bring him over when he hits 5 foot. I got a female that would produce some killer babies with that look..:)
Very nice looking boas.. If I was to throw a guess, looks like two BCC and a BCI in those pics..
That last one is killer, yellow on Black, just like my girl, only mine is mostly black..:)

I agree with steve! The middle one looks like a BCI and the others look BCC! Nice color and pattern on the last one! Kyle
IMO they are all BCI, very pretty BCI, but all are BCI. The top two look like they have very good coloring. Here is a head shot of my hypo.

I am not an expert (but have enough experience to warrant a posted opinion, I think), and I would guess that they are all BCI. Keep in mind that boa heads tend to look slimmer and more "BCCish" if you will, when the animals are younger. As the snakes grow, the head widens a bit, reducing that angular look they have as young. :)
THANKS FOR THE COMPLMENTS,THAY ARE ALL FEMALE ,THE TOP ONE IS 3 YEARS 5' ,THE MIDDLE ONE IS 2YEARS CLOSE TO 5' ,AND THE OTHER IS AROUND 2 YEARS AND 4'6",I BOUGHT THE MIDDLE ONE WHEN SHE WAS 2 MONTHS OLD FROM THE GUY WHO PRODUCED HER SHE IS SUPPOSE TO BE A MUTT ,MOTHER IS COLUMBIAN,FATHER PURVIAN,I HAVE ONLY HAD THE OTHER 2 FOR LESS THAN A YEAR , I WOULD LIKE TO BREED THEM IN THE FUTURE IF I CAN FIND SOME MALES CLOSE TO THEIR COLORS WHAT WOULD YALL SUGGEST,,,THANKS JEFF
I don't blieve the middle one has peruvian in it for one reason, it's saddles are way too thick, peruvian influence would most likely make the saddles thinner. It might have guyanan or suriname in it. You should get a hypo or pastel for the top two and a anery for the bottom one.
Chris
CHRIS, THE GUY SAID THE DADDY WAS PERUVIAN, BUT HE MAY NOT HAVE KNOWN,A ANERY IS LACKING RED PIGMENT ,RIGHT?WHAT WOULD THAT MAKE ?,,,JEFF
I could be wrong about the Peruvian, I am not an expert, but I am not a novice either. An anery is lacking red pigment and an anery to your boa would make het for anery babies the reason I said you should breed her to an anery is she is very light. Breed two babies together or, this would be the best way, get a anery or a het anery from another line to breed to your babies.
Thanks, Chris

I like the big blocky saddles on the middle one, I think a hypo male should breed her. and I don't mean to sound rude but typing in all caps is considered yelling.
sorry about the caps, didn't know, you need a albino and a anery to make a snow right ? were can I find out more on morphs ? the guy I got the middle snake from has two of her sisters that look just like her they have the thick saddles too, here is another shot of her . thanks for all the replys ,,,Jeff
