She had her "waxy turd" a week ago, or was it. Im not sure what the heck is going on. No babies and it has been 114 days POS. Oh well here is a Pic of her taken tonight. Am I wrong in thinking she is gravid, Im sure she is I am just beginning to get a little bit frustrated. VENTING, VENTING, o.k I feel better now.

Any Ideas? or advice.

I forgot to mention that I fed her a medium rat last night. She looked so pitiful following me around the room with her eyes. that I thought I would see if she would eat a medium rat, I tried and she did. She almost ripped my arm off she hit the rat so hard. Anyways here is another angle.

Robert,
Some females just don't play by the rules, she does look very gravid to me. It's always better to have babys a few days late than a few days early :'(

Thanks Ed. And very good point, I would definitely rather have them a little late than early.

Man you must be going looney! I hope things go well. I have to wonder about feeding her so late in the game if your ETA is correct though! If the date is right though it could cause her to push them out trying to pooh but what kind of mess will that make? Good luck and keep us posted! :'(

I only fed her because I assumed that for some reason my date was off, I figured that if she was as gravid as I thought she would refuse. So I figured I would try it, I really did not she would have any feeding response. However she did, and it was a vicious attack on that poor little thawed rat.

Thanks

Nothing yet as of this morning. She did move to the other side of her cage yesterday, which is a lot more than she has been doing.

Good news sounds like she is getting restless. It may be soon thanks for the update Robert. My last female did this only to drop a week or so later. So maybe the count of days is off not hard to do.Either since some times gravid is confused with ovalation.so if she did ovalate. Then it would be shortly after for her to become gravid

Get out the camera and have it handy, she should go anytime. My Caramel Pastel female had babies on 115 days wich fell on valentines day! I have a gauranteed het for albino female that is gravid right now sitting at 111 days after POS. Most of my females get very hungry and restless right before they drop. Well, good luck and pamper those babies ;D

Thanks for all of your support. I have finally settled in for the wait. It was beginning to get to me, but now I have accepted it. Hopefully sometime this weekend. I re-read my notes on her POS and it is possible that I wrote the date down wrong (sloppy handwriting) Instead of the second of november I think I wrote down the fifth, which would have really been the sixth of november because I always check my snakes the most late at night. So long story short if it was indeed the sixth she was at 105 POS on 21. So in reality she is more than likely only at about 110 POS right now. Thanks for listening to my rambling. And I will take pics as soon as they get here.
