What side of the cage do they drop there babies usally?

Cool side or Basking area?

Tony it depends on the mother Ive seen some on the heat pad and some on the cooler side I guess it depends on the heat in the enclosure. and most of the time they drop them at night.Mine fooled me this season she had them between 530 am and 1245 pm go figure dont forget to post pics

My females like the cooler end of the cage for some reason i guess thats were they fill secure at.

It is not a problem of cool or warm , she will do it the place she thinks is the more safe for the babies , so you can decide where you want her to do it !But your enclosure is not 10 f and it is a hard work for her so I am not sure she really decide the exact place .
