Question on Female Redtail Retaining Sperm?

I have a question for the experts, I obtained a female redtail and was paired with one of my males for the breeding season. Anyways, during a cage cleaning the female was in the bathtub and leaked what appeared to be sperm? Not for sure though? Was I given a male redtail, or is it possible the female had just held some (Fluids) in after the breeding? Has anyone had any similar circumstances? Please let me know, Thanks

I don't know what to tell you without seeing what you saw. I don't think a female who retained sperm would/could leak it out like that. It could have been urates maybe. I don't think a male would do that without being with a female either. As far as being sold a male, I would probe it or have it done if you plan on breeding it! Maybe someone else will have more info for you! :'(
