i have a female who gave birth on the 11th of dec, i just checked her out and she looks like she is ovulating{very lumpy and lying on her side} she has been eating great and shown no problems since the birth day! is this normal? whats up. thanx reid

How many did she have, how big were they, and how big was shw? :'(

Does she feel lumpy? If you run your fingers down her belly can you feel lumps? The best way to feel her belly would be take her out and let her crawl back into her cage while she drags her body over your hand. If you can feel bumps it may be retained ova. Most likly it is just the way she is laying though.

Ratman she had 20 and 1 slug the babies were around 17 inches, mom is 6 feet and healthy, she looks much better this morning, im not sure what she was doing i guess she could ovulate without a male correct? thanx reid

She could ovulate with out a male. I had a female ovulate 2 months after I removed the male, last year. She had 17 babies and 11 slugs.

Cool! I would just keep an eye on her! Congratulations on the nice litter. We would love to see pics! :'(
