boa gravid???

Hi,
Im French , sorry for my english. I do not arrive at knowing if my female bci is gestante. It still eats and passes from time at its hot point. I observed couplings at the beginning of year and can be an ovulation (For the ovulation I'm not sure). I need assistance

Hi Florian,

It is certainly possible that your boa is gravid. A picture would be very helpful. Did your boa shed 2-3 weeks after you suspect it ovulated?

Yes my boa shed after the ovulation.I espere that is a shed after ovulating...!Sorry for the quality of pictures!

It is difficult to tell from your picture, Flo. She does not look very big to me, but it may just be the picture. How is your boa thermoregulating? How warm is her body temperature when you check her in the afternoon? Is she eating and defecating as she normally does?

it is a small female thus it is hard to say if it is gravid

That sure looks like a possible ovulation. What did the male do?? Was he interested in her at all??
