how do you heat the "cool end"?

I recently got my boaphile classic cage and installed the heat mats on one end. The warm end is 95 but the cool end is 74. There is no screen top to use a che. How do I raise the air temp to 82?

I would either raise the room temp so that the ambient temps go up or put another het mat under the cool end but set it on Low. :-)
