Hey there.
I live in NH, and know Mike, the owner of the company that made the Matrix rack system.
For about the last year, they have not been producing new systems, and the website has been removed till they decide if they will stay in "the business".
Sorry for the bad news. I just registered here, and looks like they make some good cages. I saw racks too, but have not looked at them yet.
