OUCH! My back hurts just looking at that cage! You have to remember long before I started "Boaphile Plastics" I built nothing but melamine cages like those. I have built hundreds of them. Literally. I moved about five years ago and that was five 24' truckloads of Boa laden melamine house weights. Back breaking labor! Another problem with melamine is it has a limited life. Mine started to have problems that required repairs or just living with the problems like leaks, loose doors that sometimes fall off after about 6-8 years. Liquid in the form of urine or water and melamine don't mix well. Nice cages though. Don't get me wrong. For the money especially if you do the work yourself melamine is the best choice. But if you can spring for a few extra bucks, don't want to break your back, want an easier time of maintaining your desired temps and humidity, and perhaps most importantly you want cages that look fantastic... well you know where to go.
Have fun you wacky Canadian! Anytime you are ready for a boatload of feather light ultimately SAHWEEET reptile enclosures you know where to go.
Thanks!
Jeff
