Surface temp on boaphile heat tape

What is the expected surface temperature on the pre-installed low-wattage heat tape in the boaphile cages?

About 95 degrees in a 72 degree room. Higher in a warmer room or when cages are in stacks. This and all heating devises should always be used in conjunction with a good thermostat.
