Here is a photo of a new baby rack i made just in time.i put my 30 new babies in it two days ago and they started sheding today.these racks are easy to build.low cost to.i have about 65 bucks in it.

not to bad for 65 bucks. How do ya keep them heated?

It looks as if you have a strip of heat tape running allong the bottom.  This is a good way of heating but rember that heat tape has to breath otherwise it can cause a FIRE.Just a thought.
