View Full Version : Heating Drastic Plastic Cages

I just ordered two 4'x2'x11.5" drastic plastic cages and Ijust wanted to know the best way to heat them. I wanted to use FlexWatt but I dont have a clue on how to install it and how much to purchase. cwm13.gif Can anybody help me out.

Your best bet would be to let us install it for you! We can install our special low wattage heat tape in the floor of the cage and cover it with a layer of plastic for just $35. Then all you have to do is plug it into a rheostat or thermostat. It's that easy!

You guys can do that!cwm4.gif WOW Thanks for the Tip Morti! I was wondering my self what the best way to heat one of these babies up. Just out of curiosity, what is the size (in inches) and wattage of the tape?

The wattage is... erm... low. ;D I think it is 17 watts per pannel and the pannels are something like 23" X 12". I will get the exact info for you as soon as i can. :-)
