This is a pic we took at a recent training event in the Kahuku Mountains in Hawaii in preperation for Afghanistan. Hope we are ready! I am the second one from the right standing.

Me and GEN (Ret) Eric Shinseki, Chief of Staff of the Army as he is presenting me with a coin. One of the proudest days in my career so far.

He gave me his coin. Just about all the commanders and officers holding higher positions have a coin with their name and rank and other things on them.

I have a pic of me receiving a coin from Gen. Bramlet, the former FORSCOM commander somewhere. Guess I will have to dig it up. Congrats on your coin SSG.
