Arabesque or Not???

I have a few animals that are siblings to Arabesques. They show a lot of Arabesque markings, but I have to hold onto a couple of these to find out if they are Arabesque or not. I figured I would post a couple picture for the keen eyes here at the tank to see. You never know, they may be low grade Arabesques. What do you think?

Not so much.

Arabesques have much thinner saddles as a general rule with a true "ladder" pattern.

I have to agree with Morti and say doubtful.. Regardless they are both excellent looking animals.

Although the head markings are very true to form for an arabesque, I would still say not, but that is just an opinion. Breeding them out may be the only way to know for sure.

I agree that they do not have all the markings or pattern characteristics of a classic Arabesque. But, what I find interesting is how much of a resemblence these normals have though. I would be amazed if they were anything but normal. This season I will be breeding one of the males , if anything does come of it I will post the results. Thanks to all that responded.
