:PAs usual this morning I went in the snakeroom 1st thing . :'( Becuase as you know every day is like Christmas when one keeps snakes . Who's courtin' ? How's this gravid female doin' ? Hi Ed , Hoping for both ! Ive got salmons het for albinos breeding & pos super salmons / pos het albinos also . This breeding in the pic is a pos super/pos het albino . I'm hoping to be able to drop the "pos" on at least one of 'em ! 8) Proving 'em out is as much fun as breeding the known hets ! Not knowing the outcome 'till I see babies adds to the anticipation !

I know the anticipation is a killer My 66% possible het albino female is at her 110th day and just took a poo, so I'm hoping for the best in the next couple of days.

:PWhat a way to bring in the New Year ! It won't be long now My het went to 116 days this summer , which is about how many times I checked on her each day ! ::) GOOD LUCK :'(

:P UPDATE ... the female pos super / pos het albino salmon is having her pre-ov swell . I'm assuming it's not her ovulation since the proven male is still interested . Better safe than sorry ;D . He stays !

s9.gif Hate to beat a dead horse but it's kinda fun watching the progression of this pairing ! :P 2 weeks after her presumed pre-ov swell , she's at it again . 8) Since the male was still lying on her we believed it was just her pre-ov swell . Turns out he just wanted a pillow so we believe that was her 1st ovulation instead of her pre-ov swell . Here she is doin' it again tonight . GOOD SNAKE BREEDING STUFF ! ;D
