Steve,

The guy I purchased him from actually sold him once before, and that guy was only feeding him once every other week or so. Plus they guy was only feeding him fuzzy mice.

I thought I would have a problem switching him over to rats, but he had no problem taking them. I am working on getting him to eat every 7-10 days, but I dont want make him eat that much so soon when he is only use to eating small meals every 2 weeks. I really dont see any problem getting him back to a regular feeding schedule. Besides that Im not trying to break any records as far as getting my snakes to breeding size in a year or something crazy like that.

As far as his eyes are concerned. I dont see a problem with them. In fact I am very happy with the way he looks, and I think he fits in very well with my small collection.

Randy-
And good luck with your future projects as well :'(

his eyes look normal to me, I think what you are refering to is how they stick out (kinda bug out) a little bit, but that is how all young boas look that I have seen, until they get more size on them. (all baby animals are disproportioned like that, look at baby gators.)

thanks Shane. :'( I will let you know what I get and what I breed over the next couple of years cwm32.gif

Sweet DH... He will do that Ivory of yours beautiful justice! :'(

As far as size goes, there is no official norm. We have an anery that is going on about 15 months old right now, and is about the same size as that guy. She eats every week, and is perfectly healthy. She's just small.

Thanks for sharing the pics! Keep 'em coming! ;D
