Here is one of my 04 kids that is coming along nicely. Seems to be gaining a lot of yellow,and most of the red in the tail has been reduced to a nice pumpkin orange glow. Hope you likes.

That's a very nice animal you have there! It looks like it could of came from Sharon Moore from The Boa Store. None the less, it's SWEET!!!!!!

He is looking extremely nice so far Davey.. Looks like he is gonna have a nice coloration like his old man. Possibly even look more yellow then Hyper does.

That yellow is just insane! I like the comparison picture when it was younger too.

How soon after birth do DPs start to express all that yellow?

Denny, its a strange thing really. Yellow doesn't come in at a certain age, has more to do with size. Right around 3 ft they start exploding with color. That could be 3 months to a year, but always around 3 ft.
They aren't yellow when they are born, but they have a quality that only someone who has seen a newborn litter of them all together can really recognize. Like if I had a litter tomorrow, I could tell you which ones would turn yellow, and would even guarantee your satisfaction in color for a year.If it isn't what you expected , and what I say it will be in a year, I'll buy it back, and give you a baby from the next litter.
There are a few that I sold saying "this one is nice and washed out, but I don't think it will yellow up a ton". People have different prefernces though.

He's fantastic looking! I really like him, nice and clean and light with big blocky saddles and tail saddles. He kinda looks a little like the normal patterned jungles. I love the tail!
