I'm really board and tired right now so I'm going to post some pics.  I know how you guys hate looking at pics of boas  b27.gif

Well this is a nice looking normal that I got for free.  She is a real pain in the butt to feed.  I have it down though.  she will only eat in a storage tub that is just big enough for her and her meal to fit in.  otherwise she won't even look at anything I try to give her.


Well some person liked this snake so much he took the pic off the site here and is using it to sell one of his animal (if he has it)
when I asked for more pics he sent me two other snake (i'll post them below) The auction ends soon, but if you guys will go and back me up I would apprciate that.

Man, I can't believe I missed this pic before.. Really nice normal. How did you end up getting that lady for free? And how long have you had to deal with her eating in a tight tub?

ahh I just wrote this huge thing and the pic was one KB to big so I lost everything I wrote! here I go again.

Randy I've had to feed her in the tube since I got her back in dec 01. She was about 5' at that time. he told me she was only a year old but I don't think he was right. Took me over a year to figure out that was the secret. I would do it once in a while but accident, but never realized it had to be as small as possible.

How I got her for free is a good story. I was friends with one of the cute girls in the appartment next door. One day her boyfriend is over and I show him one of my snakes. He tells me he has a boa at his parents house and they want him to get rid of it.(he was living in a dorm at college) I tell him i'll buy it. About a week later I go over to her appartment and he is there with the snake. He tells me that he tried to sell it to a pet store and that they only offered him $50 for it. So it was "worthless" and I could have it. He was a real dumb ***. ;D A year later I married that cute girl next door. :'( hehe (If you missed it I aquired his girlfriend too) Thats another story though.

Anyway that leads to why I think she is a tough feeder. My wife says that he had the boa in a little 10 gal tank, and that he fed live cause it was "cool". So I think that trumatized her and if given the chance she tries to get away from rats, but if she has no where to go she will eat them.

I don't know why this has me so worked up but it does. I think its cause he was trying to make me look like the dishonest one in his replys to what I said.

I am the one who first noticed that the pic was the same as your post her. I talked to Scott about it, not knowing he was a buddy of yours. I was kinda curious as to why you didn't mention the feeding problems in the ad. Now I have the answer to that, It wasn't even your ad.I am glad you came here and explained.

That seller is completely brain damaged and I think that lady responding to him must be one of his partners, trying to block the flow of negativity..

I really hate people who try and scam others. Too bad I don't have the funds to win the auction, pay with a Certified check and fly out and pick the snake up in person with a police officer accompanying me to ensure I am not ripped off. Man that is really ticking me off. Almost makes ya not want to post pix anywhere any longer.

That really sucks kasper :( What I found interesting, was that Nicole person was like, the one I saw was a lot girthier......UHM hello? If its bigger than in the pic, then its prolly not the same. I dont think my boas ever look SMALLER in a picture......lol

Well the auction is over and I just got the rudest email I have ever gotten. Right now i'm so mad I could drive down there and cut this guys fingers off. I was thinking about posting the email, but that won't accplish nothing. Off to the BOI I am.

Man that is one of the most irritating emails I have read.. The sad part is people like that will continue to get away with their criminal behaviour as long as nobody stops them.. I want to drive down and do more then break his "attorney" yeah right fingers. I would do way more.....
