The first picture illustrates what a female loaded with babies will look like when lying sideways. The belly kind of lays there mushy looking and flaccid. Not solid or firm looking at all. I'll bet you a $100.00 Dr. "C" that she is going to have a great load of babies for you! Wanna bet?

Incidentally, I also see many females during the development of egg follicles leaning sideways like this due to the fresh swelling of those follicles. This is something that you can look for when deciding to drop in a male or not.

My Monster Tail is doing this right now! Not due to preparing to give birth but getting ready to reproduce another huge litter.

How about it Dr. "C"? Do you want to place that bet? By the way, as if you didn't already know this but that female has an absolutely KILLER TAIL!

on having a great load of babies! She is not know for big litters, however she does produce monster babies in the 24-27" range.
I used a different male this time around so we'll see what happens. I guess she does have a nice tail now that you mention it, never noticed that. hahaha ALEX C

Here is what I saw about an 1 hour ago when I got home from work. Unfortunately I only saw the last three babies coming out.

18 HUGE Babies, two slugs, one stillborn. The stillborn was/is 25" long. 120 POS no pre birth waxy stool.

Oh, btw it was raining cats and dogs.

Thank you all for the nice comments. I was really happy to get 18 whopper sized babies. They are all doing great!

I'll try to post some pics after they shed. Some of these puppies are to die for.
